I am Martina Daniel, a qualified real estate professional with many years of experience in property sales, rentals, and short-term accommodation management along Cape Town’s coastline.

What began as a passion for property has grown into a full-service boutique operation where I manage homes on behalf of owners while creating exceptional coastal experiences for guests. I take pride in offering personalised service, clear communication, and hands-on management — ensuring every property is cared for as if it were my own.

I am passionate about people, property, hospitality, and the Cape Town lifestyle — from beautiful beaches and sunsets to great food and wine. My goal is simple: to create seamless, memorable stays for guests while giving property owners complete peace of mind.

Gavin Daniel – Operations & Maintenance Partner

My husband, Gavin, is an integral part of our business. After many years as a Managing Director in manufacturing operations across the Middle East, Germany, and Cape Town, he is now retired and focuses on supporting Island Beach Collection.

Gavin oversees:

• On-site support
